Services on New Residential Projects 

• Site visit with customer (multiple visits if necessary) 
• Clear discussion about project goals, budget and timeline. 
• Free and no obligation detailed quote that is clear and concise. 
• Design electrical plans if needed. ( locations and quantities of all electrical, potlights, receptacles, kitchen, under cabinet lighting, service and panel sizes, furnace, hot water tank, future plans for outside lighting, hot tub etc.) 
• Walk through to reconfirm locations of lighting , receptacles etc. at start of project to ensure we are both on the same page as we start your home. 
• Schedule all meetings with hydro commission to ensure electrical utilities are present at site when needed. Provide constant power to home as soon as possible (removing the need for sub trades' generators etc.) 
• Electrical safety authority permits 
• Inspections scheduled in a timely manner 
• Continual accessibility with customer for potential changes throughout project. (We answer our phones. That's a promise) 
• Be available to answer questions that may arise 
• Be on site when scheduled by home owner or general contractor.  
• Provide skilled labour and supervision 
• Prioritize safety and a clean work site through out project.
